To place your order by telephone,
simply make a note of all the items you wish to purchase and dial
1-818-991-3892. Please have your VISA or MasterCard ready.
Our Business Hours are 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday
thru Friday. Please Note: If we are out
of the office on the phone, please leave a message with your name and
phone number. A customer representative
will contact you within 24 hours of the first business day.

FAX
To place your order by FAX, simply
make a note of all the items you wish to purchase. On your Fax
form please provide us with your Name, Shipping Address, return FAX
Number, Telephone Number (In case of problems) valid Credit Card
Information (VISA, MASTERCARD), including Credit Card Expiration Date
and a complete list of all Items you wish to purchase. Please provide
the Product Item Numbers for each item your purchasing. Then dial
1-818-991-3894 and send your FAX.
